Elysian ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your data privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to all users of our platform, whether they act as event organizers or invited guests. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information according to this policy.

2. Roles & Access (Role-based Access)

Our platform works with strictly defined access roles to protect privacy:

• Organizers: They have full access to the guest list, RSVP responses, and preferences (e.g. dietary requirements) for their event.
• Guests: They have access only to their own personal invitation page and general event information. They do not have access to other guests’ data.
• Professionals: Collaborators (e.g. catering) receive only anonymized or necessary data for performing their service.

3. Invitation Security (Non-predictable Tokens)

Each event page and guest invitation is protected by non-predictable security tokens. This means access to an RSVP page is possible only through the unique, encrypted link sent to the guest.

Private event pages are not indexed by search engines (Google, Bing) and remain accessible only to those who hold the official link.

4. User Rights & Data Export

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Right of Access: You can request a copy of all data we hold about you.
• Data Export: Organizers can export their event data in CSV/Excel format at any time.
• Right to Erasure (Deletion): You can request permanent deletion of your account and all related data. Deletion is completed within 30 days of the request.

5. How we use your data

Your data is used exclusively for:

1. Managing the guest list and RSVPs.
2. Sending updates about the event (via Email/SMS).
3. Improving the user experience on the Elysian platform.

We never sell your data to third-party advertisers. Elysian is funded exclusively by user subscriptions, not by exploiting user data.
