Welcome to Elysian. By accessing or using our platform, services, or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Elysian regarding your use of the Service.

1. Acceptable Use of the Platform

Elysian provides a sophisticated tool for event planning and guest management. Users are expected to maintain the integrity of the platform through professional conduct. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes or to promote illegal activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or engage in any activity that disrupts the Service.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other type of malicious code.
• Use automated systems (bots, spiders) to access the Service without express written permission.

2. Account Security & Responsibilities

To access certain features of Elysian, you must create a professional account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify the Elysian concierge team immediately at security@elysian.com. Elysian will not be liable for any losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided on the Elysian platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Elysian or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

The "Elysian" name, logo, and "Organized Concierge" aesthetic are trademarks of Elysian. You may not use these trademarks in connection with any product or service that is not ours, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers.

4. Subscription Services & Payments

Elysian offers tiered subscription plans (Weddings, Corporate, Private). By selecting a plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with that tier. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in a specific service agreement.

• Billing occurs at the commencement of your subscription and on each renewal date thereafter.
• Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension of access to premium management tools.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing upon thirty (30) days' notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elysian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
